In a week’s time pain and swelling will come down. Normally with in 2 or 3 weeks pain and swelling will disappear. With in this time you will improve at least 75%.    Normally we admit the patients for 3 weeks. Rare case it may take more time.  Color changes if any will disappear in three months time. We will cure varicose ulcers if any. Duration of the treatment

Normally the patient have to undergo the therapy for three weeks, rare cases the duration may increase. The patient must continue the medication for at least 6 months.

What is Varicose  veins?

Varicose veins are considered to be enlarged tortuous superficial veins of the leg. The poor functioning of the vein valves in the veins and decreased elasticity of the vein wall causes pooling of blood within the veins and their subsequent enlargement. Veins have leaflet valves to prevent blood from flowing backwards. Leg muscles pump the veins to return blood to the heart against the effects of gravity. If the valves do not work properly, blood flow backwards, this may results in enlarging the vein. Varicose veins can be painful, especially when standing. Severe long-standing varicose veins can lead to leg swelling, venous Eczema skin thickening and ulceration.
