If you think that, from your past experience, and information’s that you got from believable sources, this is not curable and you believes that if you are spending, that means you are wasting your money and time, if you think so, we have this challenging offer for you. Under this scheme, you need not to pay first.  We are happy to wait until you got the result.  You can pay after getting the result.

Before starting the treatment we will enter an agreement with you in stamped paper.  You have to execute a bank guarantee equal to the estimated cost +33%.  In such cases we will charge 25% extra (125% of the guaranteed treatment charges).  Duration of treatment may vary from person to person. The duration period given in the website or anywhere else is the expected minimum period of time required to get expected level of recovery.  Under this scheme  you need not to pay anything in advance  towards treatment charges or medicine.  Omshree Sidha Hospital reserve the right to extend the duration of the treatment as an inpatient, if the patient’s condition is not improved up to the expectation during the treatment period as an inpatient. If you are symptomatically or as per test results, cured or improved considerably (at least 80% of the expected level of recovery), you have to make the full payment before you leave the hospital as an inpatient. If your conditions is improved less than 80% of the expected improvement, in such cases you have to make the payment on pro-rata basis.  If your condition improved 50% of the expected improvement, you have to pay only 50% of panchakarma and medicine cost. You have to pay the room rent and cost of food in full.  If your condition remains the same as at the time of admission, you need not to pay any panchakarma expensem medicine cost, room rent and food.  If you are not improving, we will not charge anything from you.

Patients must do all medical tests applicable in their case on the date of admission and submit all tests reports showing their present condition at their own cost before starting the treatment and thereafter on weekly basis or twice in a week or as directed by the Doctor.  They have to disclose details of all medicines that they are using before coming to Omshree Sidha Hospital and other medicines they are using while they are in Omshree Sidha Hospital.  Omshree Sidha Hospital reserves the right to discharge any patient at any time, without giving prior notice.    If the patient wants leave the treatment in half way due to any reason, they have to pay the full amount before leaving the hospital.

Patients must take all medicines in right quantity and at the right time as directed by the Doctors.  Patients must strictly follow the time schedule for medicines.  Patients must apply the external medicines as directed by the Doctors.  Patients must eat and drink only those items which are allowed by the Doctors.  Do not bring any food or drinks from outside. Patients are not allowed to eat or drink from outside while going for walking.

If any patient is not following any of the instructions strictly, Omshree Sidha Hospital will not responsible for that.  In such cases patients have to make the full amount even if they are not getting the expected level of recovery from the disease.

1. In case of Asthma, the expected level of recovery means stopping inhaler/nebulizer and  number of coughing must come down at least 70%.  If a person is using inhaler/nebulizer 4 times or more daily before coming to Omshree Sidha Hospital, their dependency on inhaler/nebulizer must come down at least 75%. If a person feels breathing difficulty, but there is no coughing, such cases will not come under our money back guaranteed treatment or challenging offer scheme.
2. In case of Psoriasis, the expected level of recovery means there is no more scaling, itching and rashes.  Regaining original skin color may take approximately 3 months after stopping the scaling and rashes.
3. In case of Eczema, the expected level of recovery means there is no more Redness, swelling, dryness, crusting, itching, flaking, blistering, oozing, cracking and bleeding.  Regaining original skin color may take approximately 3 months after stopping the scaling, rashes etc….
4. In case of heart blocks, expected level of recovery means Cholesterol, Triglyceride, HDL, LDL and  VLDL level comes down to normal level and pain if any must come down at least by 50%. If in the first day of our treatment the patient is able to walk comfortably 1 KM, he/she must be able to walk at least 2 KM comfortably.
5. In case of IBS number of times going to  toilet must come down to 2 or 3 times a day.  Stool must be normal.  Quantity of mucus must come down at least 70%.
6. In case of Osteoarthritis, expected level of recovery means, the patient is able to walk freely, able step up and step down and swelling must come down at least 80%..
7. In case of cervical spondylosis, pain must come down at least 80% and neck must get mobility and flexibility
8. In case of Lumbar Spondylosis, expected level of recovery means,  pain must come down at least 80% and patient must be able to bend forward and backward and side wise.
9. In case of Rheumatoid Arthritis, expected level of recovery means,  pain and swelling must come down at least 80%  and must be able to move the joints freely.
10. In case of Sciatica, expected level of recovery means,  pain and swelling must come down at least 80% and able to bend freely and able to rotate the hip.
11. In case of Sinusitis,  expected level of recovery means, pain must come down at least 80%
12. In case of migraine, expected level of recovery means,  pain must come down at least 80% and vomiting if any must be stopped.
13. In case of vertigo, expected level of recovery means,  spinning must come down at least 80%, vomiting if any must stop and other symptoms if any must come down at least 80%.
14. In case of Frozen shoulder, expected level of recovery means,  pain and swelling must come down at least 80%  and must be able to move the hands freely.
15. In case of Tennis Elbow, expected level of recovery means,  pain and swelling must come down at least 80%  and must be able to move the elbow freely.
16. In case of Varicose Vein, expected level of recovery means,  pain and swelling must come down at least 80%  and must be able to move the legs freely.
17. In case of Ulcerative colitis, expected level of recovery means, abdominal pain, diarrhea, bleeding, fever etc… must stop.
18. In case of Snoring, expected level of recovery means,  there will not be any more snoring while sleeping.
19. In case of sneezing, expected level of recovery means,  sneezing must come down at least 80%.
20. In case of sleep apnea, expected level of recovery means, breathlessness while sleeping must stop.
21. In case of  fatty liver, expected level of recovery means  that the level of SGPT or SGOT must come down to the normal level
22. In case of kidney stone, expected level of recovery means that the stone must disappear.
23. In case of Cholesterol, expected level of recovery means that the cholesterol level must come down to the normal level.
24. In case of Dandruff, expected level of recovery means that the dandruff must disappear.
25. In case of Jaundice, expected level of recovery means that the billirubin level must come down to the normal level.
26. In case of Piles, expected level of recovery means that the bleeding must stop.
27. In case of Recurrent cold, expected level of recovery means the patient must get at least 80% relief within the time limit.

We will evaluate the progress daily, get the test reports to support it (patients have to spend from their pocket for all the tests).  Patients have to disclose everything in detail, the history of illness, present medications if any, whether they are allergic to anything, where ever they got admitted, duration of each stay, discharge certificate/summery from that hospital etc…  They have to write about their present physical conditions, symptoms, etc…  If the patient is hiding something that itself makes the contract invalid and they have to make the full amount even if they are not recovering up to the expected level.

If you are strictly following our instructions and taking treatment and medicines as directed by us and in any case you are not improving considerably, we will return your money.  You have to claim it before leaving the hospital.  This is subject to terms and conditions.
